WORKS ON PAPER

VANCOUVER

My work is often squared and very sparse in its content. The elements I use are minimized lines, edged shapes and a reduced palette are a deliberate rejection of emotionalism.

started out by distorting shape and exploring new mediums that I had become familiar with. One of these experiments involved working with parallel layers, lines, squares, cubic frames, and shadows.

Light, shadows, and reflective surfaces engage in artistic conversations, forming diverse geometric arrangements. The geometry of the mirrored surfaces establishes connections and relationships with their radiant counterparts, giving rise to ever-evolving spaces. This ongoing dialogue among the various elements enables the creation of expansive compositions utilizing entire walls adorned with mirrors.
